Ingredients for Fondue with cheese and tomato
0.5 | tsp | Oregano or Marjoram |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | large glass | White wine |
1 | tsp | Paprika |
1 | tsp | Dried Basil |
3 | tbsp | Butter |
4 | Tomatoes | |
400 | g | Grated cheddar cheese, or 350 g. gruyere and Parmesan cheese 50 g. |
Instructions for Fondue with cheese and tomato
To prepare the Fondue with cheese and tomato recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the tomatoes in boiling water for approx. 1 minute. Then in cold water and flee the skin off.
The tomatoes and remove the hard knuckle where the stem has seated and remove the cores.
Cut the garlic through and rub the inside of the fondue pot with the cut surface. Melt the butter in the pan and add tomatoes, oregano / merian and basil. Let it spin for 6 - 8 minutes. Stir peppers into the wine and pour into the fondue.
Add the cheese a little at a time when the contents of the game spin, stir all the while.
Let the cheese melt creamy and taste if necessary. Added with additional spices.
