250 | g | 6 – kornsblanding |
3 | dl | Boiling water |
50 | g | Yeast |
600 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Flutes with 6 grains
To prepare the Flutes with 6 grains recipe, please follow these instructions:
6-grain mix, margarine and water mix and pull approx. ½ hour. After half an hour and after making sure the mixture is hand warm, mix the yeast. Leave the mixture to stand for approx. 10 min. Before mixing the other ingredients. The dough is kneaded until it is smooth and set to rise to at least twice the size. Beat the dough and roll it to 6 loaves. Repeats approx. 20 min, brush it and behind 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes
