2 | pinches | Walnut kernels |
400 | g | Boiled new potatoes, sliced |
600 | g | Salmon fillet without skin |
8 | pcs | Sun-dried tomatoes |
Instructions for Fishing package with tomato, garlic and olives
To prepare the Fishing package with tomato, garlic and olives recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the fish into pieces and place the pieces individually on oil-lubricated aluminum foil (30x30 cm).
Put potato slices, tomatoes and olives on top and brush with cooking oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper over.
Fold the aluminum foil into a package and grill the packages for approx. 10 minutes or in the oven at 250 degrees C.
Served with Aioli (mayonnaise flavored with garlic, salt and pepper) and a good bread.
