Instructions for Fish salad of broiled flounder
To prepare the Fish salad of broiled flounder recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel and clean thoroughly and clip the fins of completely flounders spawn close to the fish
Cook the fish in lightly salted water with 1 dl white wine.
Let the fish cool in the water.
Taq the fish up with a slotted spoon and remove the meat from the legs. The salad must be absolutely boneless.
Put the flesh in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. Garnish with the parsley and serve on rough homemade rye bread, as a starter with flütes or use it as filler in sandwich.
