Instructions for Fillet fillet with ham filling
To prepare the Fillet fillet with ham filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the potatoes into the tern and mix them with ham, peas and spring onion.
Melt the butter and brush a spring shape, approx. 22 cm in diameter. Wipe the fillet and brush it with butter on one side. Lay the fillet sheet sheets a little apart and place them in the shape of the lubricated side upwards, so that you hang over the edge. Make sure the dough is pushed well down the edges of the mold.
Lay the ham filling on the dough into the mold and fold the dough inwards to curl slightly on top.
Bake the pie at 175 degrees at the bottom of the oven for approx. 25 min. Until the dough is golden brown and crispy on top.
Gently loosen the edge of the spring shape and put the pie on a dish. Stir sour cream or creamy mustard with mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the pie with salad and mustard dressing.
