Instructions for Filled Veal eye of round

To prepare the Filled Veal eye of round recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into approximately 2 cm. thick slices and make a small pocket in each piece of meat. Fill the pockets with a good herb butter (Garlic, parsley, lemon thyme, and whatever you can li ยด)

Alternatively, the pockets are filled with bacon or pork chopped vegetables.

Put the slices in a baking dish, like pork on a bed of vegetables. The flesh with giblets, put in the oven and FRY at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 1/2 hour. A delicious and tender right.

Proposal for accessories: potatoes and/or bread.
