Instructions for Filled tenderloin 04
To prepare the Filled tenderloin 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Detach the tenderloin for the tendons and barriers and cut a rip along. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Shake them in a little butter on the forehead until the liquid is evaporated and the mushrooms are golden. Chop the nuts and put them on the forehead together with the mushrooms. Shake it together quite briefly. Add the parsley and pour whipped cream and sherry or porridge on the forehead. Let the sauce boil a little (the sauce may be evenly smoothed with maizena) and taste with salt and pepper.
Place the tenderloin in an ovenproof dish. Pour the sauce over so the crack is filled.
Place the dish in the oven at 225 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve the dish with coarse bread and a toast salad.
tips:
A good guest right, as it can be cooked in advance and in fact can not fail.
