Ingredients for Filet mignon

Pepper
Salt
¼lFreshly squeezed orange juice
½tbspOil
½Peeled Apple into very small cubes
1dlHeavy calves Fund
1dlRed port wine
1000gFilet mignon of beef Sirloin
2Oranges cut into fillets
2stemsFinely chopped lemon grass
2tbspWhite wine vinegar
2Finely chopped red chili without seeds
4Red onions in both
6Carrots in the bias slices

Instructions for Filet mignon

To prepare the Filet mignon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the meat to a large pot of boiling water and let it boil for 18-20 minutes. Dip the meat dry with the kitchen roll and brown it approx. 5 min. On a forehead. Season with salt and pepper and leave the meat rested for 20 minutes.

Bring vinegar and porridge on the forehead and let it boil halfway. Add the orange juice, apple and fund and let it boil for approx. 5 min. Season with salt and pepper.
