Instructions for Father's nests
To prepare the Father's nests recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the chopped meat with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Arrow and chop the onions. Fry them in the butter and let them cool.
Mix them in the flesh together with French bread, which is soaked in a little water. Stir well and taste the forcemeat. Share forcemeat into four large flat patties.
Put the peeled hard boiled eggs on steaks and wrap them around forcemeat. Flip the first dough balls in beaten egg and there after in breadcrumbs.
Brown buns in butter on a frying pan. Pour the broth and let them spin in around 20 minutes, covered.
Take the dough balls up, slice them over and serve them in a deep Bowl with the cut surface facing up.
Smooth sauce with the flour that is touched off a little water. Add the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper, pour the sauce by father's shipowners and garnish with small tufts of parsley.
Tips:
Servers with cooked vegetables and/or mashed potatoes.
