Ingredients for Fahitas

Pepper
Salt
1Green bell pepper
1tbspCoriander, ground
1Lime, the juice of which
1Onion
1tbspCorn flour
1Red bell pepper
1tbspCumin, ground
2tbspPaprika, rose
2clWhisky
4dlBeef broth
500gBeef chunk
8Soft tortilla big size

Instructions for Fahitas

To prepare the Fahitas recipe, please follow these instructions:

The meat is cut into very thin strips.

Pour all ingredients for marinade together, except the cornflour. Pour over meat and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips and onion in small boats and set aside.

When the meat is marinated ready taken it out of the marinade and onto the towel on anything. The marinade is added to the page and maize flour is stirred in.

Fry the onions and peppers clear and soft, taken by. Then stir-fry the meat a few times in a very hot wok. Mix meat and vegetables and pour a little of the marinade in.

Serve in tortillas with sour cream, and/or guacamole.
