Instructions for Expensive pot of mushroom
To prepare the Expensive pot of mushroom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Skalotte give the onions a rehash, rinse them in cold water and willow them.
The peeled carrots cut into cubes, FRY in a little butter with the onions and the cleaned mushroom. Let it cook while stirring for a few minutes.
Animal flesh into cubes Brown in butter in a pot and seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour broth and red wine and add the bumped Juniper. Mix the vegetables with pork meat and let it simmer for about 1 ½-2 hours.
