1.25 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
100 | g | Chopped hazelnuts |
2 | cl | Maraschino |
4 | Large apples |
Instructions for Eva salad
To prepare the Eva salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the apples and polishing them shiny. Cut a lid of each. Jack carpels out and hollow-out the apples gently. Cut the flesh into small dice. Arrow banana and cut it into cubes as well. Mix the fruit in a bowl, add the hazelnuts, crème fraiche, lemon juice, grated lemon zest, maraschino and sugar. Taste the salad and let it pull in 15 minutes. Advantage of the salad in the apples and serve it.
