Heat a little oil in a frying pan and Brown the steaks on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Fry them 3-4 minutes on each side (depending on how you want them fried rosa) and let them rest snug 5 minutes. Blanch the beans in lightly salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Pour them in a sieve and let them drain. Warm a little olive oil in a frying pan and saute the onion until it becomes Golden. Add the beans and let them toast with 2-3 minutes.
