To prepare the Ensaladilla - Spanish potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel carrot and potato and cut them into the tern. Boil potatoes and carrots lightly soak in water. Add peas and green beans and boil for another 5 minutes until all vegetables are cooked.
Pour the water and place in a large bowl or dish.

Pour an onion and chop it well. Chop the pepper and tomato and season hard-boiled eggs in both.
