To prepare the Ensalada de huevas (Salad with ROE) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash and rinse the ROE in cold water. Boil water and add a bit of vinegar and salt (add first vinegar and salt when the water is boiling, otherwise it will float on top). Cook the ROE in it.
ROE is cooled and cut into slices approximately 1 cm. of thickness.
Prepare a salad of tomatoes, peppers and onions cut into appropriate pieces that blended with olive oil and vinegar and pour over the ROE.
