To prepare the Easy shrimp salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let the shrimp thaw. Cut the cleaned mushrooms into thin slices. Squeeze lemon juice over, so they do not become dark, and the juice form the marinade. Share the washed, drained lettuce in a bowl. Cut the eggs into quarters and joined them in along with shrimp and mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, salt and pepper and splash a little oil over. Serve with wholemeal bread.
