10dlLukewarm water can possibly be replaced by one of the milk, buttermilk or yogurt in total a liter
400gSmall oatmeal
800gWheat flour (half can possibly be Grahams)

To prepare the Easy oatmeal muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast dissolved in væden add the other ingredients, it all is stirred well, the dough will be a like a thick porridge-don't worry it should not be manipulated.

Put on wax paper in BLOBs with a spoon that soaked in lukewarm water between each dollop.

Made to uplift in 45 minutes and bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees C 12-20 minutes.

Tips:
Brush with water and possibly. Sprinkle with Sesame, poppy seeds or other.

I've only once experienced that they not swollen but toasted, they were really good anyway. It can not be easier and they are filling very well. With kind regards Anne
