1dlCanola oil
125gRaisins
2tspSalt
2tspSugar
200gHazelnuts
50gYeast
500g5-grain mix
7dlWater
700gWheat flour

Instructions for Dorte's Rough Bun

To prepare the Dorte's Rough Bun recipe, please follow these instructions:

5 dl water and 5 cereal mix are stirred, boiled and poured into a large bowl.

200 gr hazelnut kernels are divided in half and come in.

2 dl cold water, 1 dl rapeseed oil, salt and sugar are also included.
