Instructions for Digged salmon with fox sauce
To prepare the Digged salmon with fox sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the fresh salmon sides in the bowl and sprinkle with dill, salt, sugar and freshly squeezed pepper. Put together against the meat side and pack well into sealed plastic bag and put on the kettle for 2-3 days. The fish is reversed approx. Every 12 hours. Cut into thin slices obliquely from the tailpiece upwards.
