150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | dl | Cream |
2 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
2 | dl | Greek yogurt |
200 | g | Torn marzipan |
200 | g | Sugar |
3 | Eggs |
Instructions for Delicious marcipan strawberry cake
To prepare the Delicious marcipan strawberry cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lubricate a spring form thoroughly. Whip egg and sugar until it becomes a thick creamy cream. Sieve flour and baking soda in it. Tear the marcipan and turn it into the dough. Then pour the dough into the spring shape.
The bottom is baked for approx. 30 min. At 175 C.
When the cake is ready it should cool off.
The flour ice cream is mixed with the Greek yogurt. Whip the cream of foam and turn it into the Greek yogurt. It gives a delicious sour creamy cream that has more flavor than just whipped cream. Is also healthier and easier in taste.
Half the fresh strawberries, pil and rinse them well and press the water of them with a kitchen roll.
Grease the chilled cake with the yoghurt cream and decorate it with strawberries. Then the cake is ready for serving.
