To prepare the Danish beer soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the bread into pieces and put it to soak in the water the day before.

Cook the bread well with half of the beer. Rub it through a hulsi or hårsigte because there have to thin water down with the rest of the beer.

Set øllebrøden on the fire again. Season to taste with sugar and give it a rehash (¼-½ hour).

Tips:
Eaten with milk and whipped cream.
