Ingredients for Daimsmåkager

0.5tspSalt
1tspBaking soda
150gDajm-balls (1 ½ bag)
150gDark chocolate, roughly chopped
2Eggs (m)
2tspCinnamon ground
250gWheat flour
250gCold butter
250gSugar

Instructions for Daimsmåkager

To prepare the Daimsmåkager recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour and sugar with baking soda and spices. Crumble the cold butter (be done easily on a food processor-remember you and then you can pick the chocolate in the first).

Collect quickly the dough with the eggs. Knead the chocolate and dajm balls in (I also nicked the balls roughly, but maybe it's not necessary). Set if necessary. the dough cold a little time.

Roll dough into Walnut sized balls, with a little flour on your hands on a plate with wax paper. They float a bit out, so be sure to give them plenty of room. Press them flat with a finger.

The dough can also be put on immediately with two teaspoons, if it is too soft to trill.

Behind the cakes at the top in a 175 degree C. alm. oven until they are light brown, in 8-10 minutes. Be sure to let them cool on wire rack before they met in the Tin.
