Instructions for Daimlagkage II
To prepare the Daimlagkage II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg yolks whipped with flourmelis and vaniliesukker, for it is breezy. whip the cream, and stir it gently together.
Isinglass is added in a water bath for 5 minutes. melted in the water hanging on and add the cream while stirring. Let stand while daim chopped coarsely.
Finally, the jam lubrication out on half the batter and half of the cream lubricated on, sprinkle with ½ daim. repeat with a layer of more.
Marzipan rolling and added over the cake sprinkle little daim for garnish.
