Instructions for Daimi Pie
To prepare the Daimi Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg whites and sugar into a stiff meringue. Gently turn the mixed almonds in. Pour the dough into a well-baked breadcrumb. Bake at the bottom of a preheated oven at 165 degrees C for approx. 45 minutes.
Whipped egg yolks and sugar into the ice cream. The cream is whipped stiff and gently twisted into the egg nipple together with the coarse-haired Daim, take a little bit of decoration.
Turn the chilled cake bottom out of the mold, clean the mold, coat it with baking paper and put the bottom back into the mold. Pour the ice cream over the bottom and style the mold for 2 hours in the freezer.
Decorate the cake with the chopped Daim and possibly. A little whipped cream.
