Ingredients for Daim Muffins

1 | dl | Whole milk |
1 | dl | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
4 | Daimbar | |
50 | g | Butter |
75 | g | Walnut kernels |
Instructions for Daim Muffins
To prepare the Daim Muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is melted, cooled by and stirred well with sugar. Egg stirred in.
3/4 of the nuts and Daim'en chopped and mixed with the flour.
Baking soda and vanilla sugar sifted and turned into egg mixture. Then add the milk and eventually the Piebald fill.
The dough is distributed in approximately 20 small muffin moulds covered with paper.
Bake 15 minutes in the middle of a preheated oven at 175 degrees c. alm. oven.
The cooled muffins with decorating the rest of the chopped nuts and Daim.
