Instructions for Cutlets in curry cider sauce
To prepare the Cutlets in curry cider sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dip the chops with a roll of paper. Season with salt and pepper and brown them in the oil approx. 1 minute on each side. Place the chops in a greased oven dish.
Stir the onions with mild heat in a little oil, add curry and stir thoroughly. Add the cider and chutney, boil while stirring and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the dish to the chops and place the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
Server with loose rice and green beans.
