Instructions for Creamy dessert chocolate cake
To prepare the Creamy dessert chocolate cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cake:
For a springform with wax paper, and butter the tracing paper with butter.
Beat the sugar and eggs frothy, snap off the chocolate into small pieces and melt it over a water bath together with the butter. Let it cool down to hand temperature and stir it into the egg mixture, then add the flour, and stir the batter well and pour it into the spring shape well oiled baking paper.
Behind the chocolate cake 15 min at 200 degrees-not less-but maybe 1 min. more.
Take it out, and let it be completely cold.
The cake will not be stuck inside, but soft as confections
Cream: mix all ingredients by hand or mixer whips and butter on cold cake
Accessories: frozen raspberries, sugar, cream
Strew sugar over raspberry pure and let them thaw, turn over regularly, blend the thawed raspberries and turn them into the cream skimmed with a dough scraper ...
