The rinsed apples are peeled, shredded for flower, stalk and kernel houses and cut into both. They are boiled with water under the lid approx. 15 min. Until they are completely cooked out. Lemon peel and juice, as well as sliced ginger, gingerbread and stewed ginger are stirred together with the sugar. The marmalade is cooked without lid 5-10 min. Atamon is added. The marmalade is filled with glass of Atamon-filled glass that closes.
