To prepare the Cream brulé with orange recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg yolks, sugar and orange peel well. Bring cream and milk in the boil and whip it in the egg yolks. Distribute the egg mixture into 4 greased portions. Let them stiff in the oven in water bath for approx. ¾ hour at 160 degrees. Cool and put the dishes in the refrigerator.
