Instructions for Couscous pâté
To prepare the Couscous pâté recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start by chopping the onion and garlic finely and cut mushrooms into quarters pieces. heat a frying pan up with fat. Fry the onions a few minutes until they have taken the color. Add the mushrooms and cook a few minutes more. It came in a bowl and refrigerate, then mixed with couscous, cottage cheese, eggs and thyme. Stir well and krydremed salt o pepper.
Pour the forcemeat into a heat-proof form and bake it at 200 degrees about 40 minutes.
