To prepare the Courgettechips recipe, please follow these instructions:
The zucchini are rinsed, cut into thin slices (I used food processor) and dehydrated at 40 degrees until they are crispy (about 4 hours). They are a lot of sleepers, I used two courgette for the little portion we had with!
