50	g	Licorice caramel rod (I used a mixture of some soft combined with some slightly harder) cut into small pieces

Instructions for Cookies 06

To prepare the Cookies 06 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring butter, brown dough and egg into a bowl - whip it airy and well with an electric mixer. Stir in licorice, chocolate and milk. Mix the wheat flour with soda and vanilla sugar - place it in the dough. Stir well together with a spoon.

Put the dough on baking sheets with baking paper in small biscuits (I used 2 dessert biscuits). Press them slightly flat with your fingers. Make a good distance between them as they flow out.

Bake them at 225 degrees for approx. 6-8 minutes.

Behind not by heating air. They are best if they are baked with overheating.
