Calculate 1 kg of crab for 3-4 servings. Do not cook too much crayfish in the same cooking water - max 2 kg of crust is the best result. Put 1 kg of crab in a hallway.
In a large pot boil water, salt and sugar. Put the crabs in and add dill crowns. The water must cover the crabs. Calculate the cooking time (9 minutes under low) when the water boils again.
Let the crusts cool in the boil water. Add new dill crowns during refrigeration. It is important that the crusts are cooled quickly. Put the pot in water like ice. Change the water often.
