To prepare the Cod with caper sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The vegetables cut into very thin strips and steamed in water for about 1 minute, and then taken out of the water.
The cod cut into serving pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper. Cod fish steamed in grøntsagsvandet for about 5 minutes and then be taken up.
Grøntsagsvandet added cream and sauce smoothed over with melbolle. Taste the sauce with capers plus pickle from kapersne and possibly lemon.
Server fish, vegetables and sauce. As an accessory can be used small roasted potato cubes.
