Ingredients for Coarse 5-grain muffins
Spelt flour to fit | ||

15 | g | Sunflower kernels |
2 | tsp | Salt |
200 | g | Rye flour |
3 | dl | Kernel milk |
30 | g | Yeast |
40 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
40 | g | Pumpkin seeds |
45 | g | Fiberbag |
50 | g | Femkorns flakes |
6 | dl | Boiled water |
80 | g | 5-kronsblanding |
Instructions for Coarse 5-grain muffins
To prepare the Coarse 5-grain muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tag, 5-grain kernels, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, five-grain flakes, fiberbag, honey, salt and put in a bowl.
Boil 6 dl. Water and pour it into the bowl, leave the kernels to stand for 10-15 minutes. Until the water is "little finger hot"
Stir yeast in the water, then rye flour, whole wheat flour and spelled flour, all along well together.
Shape then flutes / balls approx. 24 pcs. And put them on a frying pan.
Put a dish over and allow the flutes / balls to rise for 1 hour (so they will be nice airy and you will not have to get your fingers back in the dough)
Then pinch with egg and sprinkle sunflower seeds, birch, chopsticks or anything else like decorations.
Behind the oven 200 degrees approx. 30 min.
tips:
Many different kernels and flour need to be used, it is not necessary if you do not have spelled flour can be replaced with wheat flour, and the kernels may be well omitted if it becomes too difficult. Have fun ..
