Stir the yeast into the lukewarm milk. Add sugar, Cheasy A-38 and the battered eggs. Flour and salt are mixed and added gradually. The dough is kneaded well and raised to a slight place with a moist cloth over 25 minutes. Beat the dough and roll it out on a floured tabletop. Mix the filling and butter it out so that the top third of the dough is free. Roll the dough so that it begins at the end of the filling.
