Pearl sugar/tesukker
0.5tspBaking powder
0.5tspCardamom, ground
1Eggs
1.5dlSugar
100gButter
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Cinnamon hearts

To prepare the Cinnamon hearts recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir in softened butter and sugar together. Add the eggs. Mix cardamom and deer yew salt with flour. Stir it all together. Let the dough rest in the fridge for ½ hour.

Roll it thinly on a floured board.

Plug, approximately 30 hearts out with a form. Brush with egg. Sprinkle with cinnamon and Pearl sugar. Bake in the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes at 190 degrees.
