Instructions for Cinnamon Diabetes
To prepare the Cinnamon Diabetes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the liquid ingredients together with the yeast, mix flour and sweetener and sugar (everything must be tempered). Peel the dough well and prepare it for upright while preparing the filling.
FILL:
Shake the hazelnuts on a pan and rub the barrier off. Grind the nuts in a food processor along with sugar, cinnamon and sweetener. Peel the apple and cut it into small tern.
Roll out the dough to a rectangle approx. 30 x 25 cm. And benefit the apple and nutmeg in a smooth layer. Roll the dough into a roulade and cut it into slices of approx. 2 cm.
Lay the snails on baking paper on the baking sheet and allow them to raise to double size for approx. 45 min.
Behind the snails for 10 - 15 min. At 210 degrees C. alm. oven. Till they are golden.
