Ingredients for Churros

0.5tspSalt
1Eggs
1Egg yolk
1tspGround cinnamon (not needed)
1tspVanilla essence
10dlSunflower oil
2.5dlWater, or more if needed
200gWheat flour
5tbspSugar

Instructions for Churros

To prepare the Churros recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, salt and 1 tablespoon sugar in a bowl. Boil the water and mix it into a soft ball.

Whip the whole egg, egg yolk and vanilla in a little bit, until it becomes a soft dough. Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Pour the oil into a medium pan and heat it up to about 170 degrees. Take a spray bag and put the dough in. Spray the dough into the oil and use a knife to cut them over.
