Ingredients for Churros

1 | Eggs | |
1 | Egg yolk | |
1 | tsp | Ground cinnamon (not needed) |
1 | tsp | Vanilla essence |
10 | dl | Sunflower oil |
2.5 | dl | Water, or more if needed |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
5 | tbsp | Sugar |
Instructions for Churros
To prepare the Churros recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, salt and 1 tablespoon sugar in a bowl. Boil the water and mix it into a soft ball.
Whip the whole egg, egg yolk and vanilla in a little bit, until it becomes a soft dough. Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Pour the oil into a medium pan and heat it up to about 170 degrees. Take a spray bag and put the dough in. Spray the dough into the oil and use a knife to cut them over.
Step them about 2-3 minutes or until they look delicious golden brown out. Take the cake and lay them on a piece of paper roll. Get sugar (cinnamon) On a plate and roll the bars into it or just wipe it on.
