1 bdt. spring onions (5 PCs.)
1 ds. Pineapple
1 ds. coconut milk
Oil for frying
Rice as an accompaniment
Salt and pepper
1tbspCurry (3 TSP.)
4Pork chops
50gCashew nuts

To prepare the Chops with coconut sauce with curry and pineapple recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the pineapple in the tern and cut the spring bulbs.

Season the chops with salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon. curry. Brown the chops one minute on each side and put them aside.
