To prepare the Chops in Mornay sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clip baconon in small strips and sauté them in the pan until golden. Pull them off the Pan and Brown then koteletterne in the fat until golden on both sides. Take them out of the Pan and place them in a heat-proof dish with Bacon sprinkled over. Mix then Mornay sauce and peeled tomatoes in a bowl and add the sliced mushrooms, corn, and cocktail sausages. Pour this over the chops and bacon. Put a slice of cheese over each cutlet and sprinkle with dried oregano. Style of the dish in the oven at 200 gr. for about an hour. Serve with e.g. loose rice and French bread.
