1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | Red bell pepper | |
1 | tsp | Thyme, dried |
150 | g | Cheddar cheese 50 + |
3 | dl | Cheasy cream 9% |
500 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
800 | g | Potatoes |
Instructions for Chopped beef with potato chips
To prepare the Chopped beef with potato chips recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices and boil them in leachate water for 10 minutes. Pour the potatoes in a sieve for draining.
Then brown the chopped meat into grease until it crumbles and changes color. Mix the sliced peppers and tomatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Leave it small for 5-6 min. And pour the mixture into a greased oven dish, not too deep.
Gently flip the potatoes with creme fraichen and spread them on top of the meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place the dish in the oven at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.
