1-2 | Green el. red chilli fruits (may be omitted in favor of cayennepeberet) | |

2 | tsp | Curry powder (garam masala) |
2 | slices | Fresh ginger |
2 | tbsp | Ghee or oil |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | tsp | Paprika |
2,5 | cm | Whole cinnamon or 1/2 tsp mixed spices |

500 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Chopped beef curry from Sri Lanka
To prepare the Chopped beef curry from Sri Lanka recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the meat with the spices.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the potato cubes (remember to let the water run well!) And shake them a few minutes in the oil. Add onion and lemongrass and shake it all for a few more minutes. Add the meat and let it boil for 5 minutes. Before adding coconut milk.
Bring the dish back to the boil and simmer until the sauce is thick.
Served with a little lemon elm. lime juice.
