To prepare the Chop suey with giant eggs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the shrimp in a little oil at high heat in a large pot or wok approx. 2 minutes. Put the prawns in a bowl and mix it with Oystersauce.Sauter garlic at high heat for 1 teaspoon. Oil, stirring, for 20 seconds. Add pepper, leeks, onions, carrots and mushrooms and heat at high heat for 1 minute. Add chicken stock, bring to a boil and allow to boil for approx. 2 minutes. Stir corn starch into the water and add stirring and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and warm the dish for approx. 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and a little ginger.
