Instructions for Chokoladekage confections
To prepare the Chokoladekage confections recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven at 150 g 300W in 3 min. stir in butter and sugar well together with a hand mixer until it is light and airy. Stir in the eggs one at a time and stir well between each egg. Turn wheat flour and the melted chocolate into butter mixture. Now pour the dough in a small baking pan with baking paper (ca. 6x21cm) and style the cake in the middle of the cold oven. Set the oven at 175 degrees and bake the cake for about 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let cake stand by after the heat for about 10 minutes. Carefully lift the cake out of the mold and let it cool on a wire rack. Serving cut the edges of and cut the next chocolate cake through 5 times lengthwise and 6 times on the cross, so that there will be approximately 42 small pieces of cake. Carefully remove cakes from the paper. Melt the rest of the chocolate in the microwave at 300W in 1 – 1 ½ minutes and pour it in an icing bag with a small hole. Decorate the cake with the chocolate pieces and sprinkle with gold dust. Let the chocolate harden.
Tips:
Just for information: the cake can be frozen whole and saved for a later opportunity. After freezing: Let cake thaw at room temperature for approx. 5 hours. Cut the cake out and garnish with chocolate and gold dust.
