2 x 50 g. chocolate caramel bar-ex. mars | ||
175 | g | Soft butter |
175 | g | Cane sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Cacao |
2 | tbsp | Golden Syrup |
2 | tsp | Powder coffee |
2 | tbsp | Hot water |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | tbsp | Milk |
Instructions for Chokka Mocha Caramel Cake
To prepare the Chokka Mocha Caramel Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 20 cm spring mold and put the baking paper in the bottom.
Bring coffee and cocoa into a cup, add the water and mix it. Bring butter, sugar, egg, syrup, flour, baking soda, milk and coffee mixture into a large bowl and whip with electric whip for 2-3 minutes. Until it's soft. Cut the caramel bars into small pieces and add to the dough.
Pour the dough into the spring shape, smooth the surface and back for 35-40 min. Cool the mold for 5 min.
Glaze: Cut the caramel bar into small pieces and put them in a small bowl of butter and milk. Heat slowly under constant stirring until it is a soft uniform mass. Take the saucepan off the heat and add flour. Continue stirring until the flour is dissolved. Let it cool a little and spread it over the cake.
