Instructions for Chocolate soup slices with melted chocolate inside
To prepare the Chocolate soup slices with melted chocolate inside recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the chocolate in a chocolate melt or in a hot-hot bowl over a pot of boiling water. Stir in the chocolate until it is melted and even. Take the pan off the stove, set it aside and let the chocolate cool off.
Stir flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Whip the egg yolks lightly into a small bowl, then whip milk, vanilla extract, melted butter and half of the chocolate. Whip until it is even. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix well with a wooden bowl. The dough is lumpy.
Whip the egg whites into a clean bowl until stiff, but do not dry, tops. Fold approx. One third of the egg whites in the dough with a rubber scraper to make it easy and then fold the rest until there are no more white stripes.
Use the dough immediately.
Grease the holes in the apple slice pan with some of the melted butter and put the pan on the stove by steady heat. When the butter begins to bubble, add approx. A spoon dough in each hole. Apply quickly approx. A teaspoon of melted chocolate in the middle of each apple pie and cover them with another sprig of dough.
Behind the apples, until the bottom is light brown and crisp, 3-5 minutes. Turn all the apple slices with two short wooden spoons and behind them until they are slightly brown on the other side, approx. 3 minutes longer.
Put the finished apple slices in a dish and hold them warm in the oven while making another two rounds of apples.
Serve immediately.
tips:
Used an apple pie and it was hot soon, so they should be turned almost immediately to not burn. Do not forget to use metal tools on either appleschin bags or pans.
