Instructions for Chocolate mousse with cointreau
To prepare the Chocolate mousse with cointreau recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chocolate is cut into smaller pieces and melted with orange juice in a saucepan. Boil until it starts to thicken in consistency. The pot is taken from the heat and the egg yolks are whipped in for one at a time. Butter and cointreau whipped in. Cool to cool until it is lukewarm. The egg whites are just whipped stiff, sugar is added while whipping until the consistency is meringue-like. The egg whites are turned into the slightly chilled chocolate and poured into a bowl. Set in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
At the dish, pour a little orange sauce on a plate, then chop the chocolate mousse with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with almonds.
