To prepare the Chocolate mousse VII recipe, please follow these instructions:
Break the chocolate into pieces. Place it in a bowl. Tire Bowl with tight-fitting alu-foil. Melt chocolate over hot water bath. The water must not be allowed to boil. Take the Bowl up. Remove foil. Stir in egg yolks, sugar and orange peel. Whisk whites and cream separately. Turn the whipped cream and the whites in the chocolate. Pour the mousse into a bowl and set the cold glass el portion in half an hour. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate.
