4Pasteurized egg yolks
40gDark cocoa
5dlWhipped cream

To prepare the Chocolate ice cream with a touch of orange recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cream, plums and flour, stir and heat in a pan until it has a creamy consistency - DO NOT COOK.
